EDSA 31st Anniversary is a Day of Reflection

The commemoration of the 31st EDSA People Power Revolution anniversary culminated with a flag raising and wreath laying ceremonies at the People Power Monument in Quezon City.

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte sent a wreath that was offered by former Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita and Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Chief of Staff Gen. Eduardo Año.

National Defense Undersecretary Eduardo Del Rosario, former Senator Heherson Alvarez, Sister Sarah Manopol, Spirit of EDSA Foundation, Inc. (SOEF) Chair Chris Carrion, and Vice Chair Joey Concepcion were present in the celebration.

SOEF officials led by Carrion and Concepcion officiated the wreath laying ceremony. ●
