Detained Vietnamese Fishermen Sent Off
17 Vietnamese fishermen who were caught poaching in Philippine waters on 8 September 2016 were sent off on 2 November 2016 from Sual Wharf and Causeway, Sual, Pangasinan; as a promise of President Duterte to Vietnamese President Tran Dai Quang to expedite the return of the detained fishermen. ●
